To set the record, the Chinook was the first jet engine built in Canada, it was built by Avro and now sits in the National Aviation Museum in Ottawa. As far as locating a CF-100 your best chance is looking to the states, Trenton used to store the unused aircraft but since then have been distroyed.

: Wasn't the Avro CF-100 the "Chinook" (like the later Boeing helicopter). The "Canuck" was a Canadian built version of a Curtiss "Jenny", I thought. In any event, there's a complete example of a CF-100 in the aircraft collection at Debden in England. It looked near flightworthy.
